GOTS organic cotton, jersey, double gauze, fleece: choosing the right materials for babies' skin.
Quality specs per product family: layette 0-24 months, bodysuits, sleep sacks, dresses.
What your EU customs checks: REACH, textile labelling, product controls at import.
Formalise your quality requirements: tech pack, tolerances, AQL.

Legal yes, but legally fragile: the term "organic" is not regulated in textiles. Without independent certification, the brand risks a misleading advertising lawsuit.
The EU importer and distributor are liable under the product safety regulation. Hence the importance of certified partners and documented independent testing.
