Material sourcing

Selection and purchasing of organic cotton fabrics (certified to recognised organic standards and eligible for a GOTS supply chain), poplin, jersey, and trims compliant with European standards.

Product development

Pattern making, grading, prototypes and sampling within 15 to 20 days before bulk production.

Certified production

Bulk garment manufacturing from 150 pieces per style across 19 lines, in an OCS (TE-00004788 – Ecocert Greenlife) and GOTS (certification no. GOTS-13200 – Ecocert Greenlife) certified factory. Only products covered by a valid transaction certificate are GOTS or OCS certified.

Quelles techniques de broderie main maîtrisez-vous ?▾

Nous maîtrisons 12+ techniques : broderie anglaise, smocking, peinture à l'aiguille, appliqués, richelieu, jours, crochet, fagotage, incrustations, paillettes, perles et découpage. Chaque technique est transmise de génération en génération.

Quelle est la différence entre broderie main et broderie machine ?▾

La broderie main offre une finesse et une unicité impossibles à reproduire en machine. Elle est privilégiée pour les collections haut de gamme et les petites séries. La broderie machine est utilisée pour les volumes plus importants avec un rendu régulier.

Proposez-vous de la sérigraphie et de la sublimation ?▾

Oui, nous disposons d'un atelier intégré de sérigraphie et sublimation. Ces techniques permettent des motifs multicolores, photorealistic ou en all-over sur coton, polyester ou mélanges.

L'atelier de teinture est-il intégré à l'usine ?▾

Oui, notre unité de lavage et teinture est intégrée à l'usine avec un système de traitement des eaux. Cela garantit un contrôle total de la qualité des couleurs et des délais réduits.
